Nature of The Bitcoin Family Office Group

The Bitcoin Family Office Group ("TBFOG") is a coordination and administrative platform that facilitates introductions among independent third-party service providers. TBFOG is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, accounting firm, custodian, exchange, or fiduciary, and does not act in any such capacity. The term "family office" as used in TBFOG's name and materials is descriptive of a service model and does not denote any legal or regulatory status; TBFOG is not a "family office" as defined under Rule 202(a)(11)(G)-1 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

TBFOG's website is limited to the dissemination of general information pertaining to the Platform's coordination services and to the independent partner firms it works with, together with access to related information, publications, and links. Accordingly, the publication of TBFOG's website on the Internet should not be construed by any consumer or prospective client as TBFOG's solicitation to effect transactions in securities, the rendering of personalized investment advice for compensation, or the provision of legal, tax, accounting, custodial, exchange, or mining services. Any subsequent communication regarding such services shall be conducted directly with the applicable independent partner firm, under that firm's own engagement terms and regulatory framework.

Independent Service Providers

All professional services are provided exclusively by independent, separately contracted entities selected by the client, including Basilic, LLC (a Colorado state-registered investment adviser); Satoshi Pacioli; Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP; Abundant Mines; and Bitcoin Well Inc. Each provider is solely responsible for the services it provides and operates under its own regulatory, licensing, and compliance framework.

Engaging with TBFOG does not create an advisory, attorney-client, accounting, or any other professional services relationship. Such relationships are formed only by direct, separate written engagement with the applicable partner firm.
